A few days had gone by and things were getting back to normal. Sam and Brad, were practically taking turns babysitting me. I laughed at their over protective ways, but totally understood where they were coming from. They were so worried that I would go missing again, that they wouldn’t let me leave their sight.
Brad had come over, right after the incident and was so relieved to see me. I was happy when he told me that I still had a job, he didn’t replace me. That was a big relief, I didn’t want to find a new one, I enjoy working at his coffee shop.
