Chapter 34I hadn’t realized how tense Joseph and I had been until I heard his carefree laughter the next day. He tarried after work.
“Can we try it again?” He sounded like a shy little boy…a shy little boy with a sexy baritone voice.

“I dreamed about you last night. About us, I mean.”

So we told one another about our dreams, getting hotter and hotter as we talked. Suddenly, he stood.
