“The apartment looks like home,” Brax commented when he finished checking out the furniture Kyle had brought with him from his old place in New York. That happened after they’d greeted each other with several heated kisses—the result of having been apart for the last two weeks. “It is home,” Kyle replied while putting the hamburger patties he’d made into a frying pan to cook. “If you feel like setting the table, the plates and stuff should be in that box.” He pointed to one of several that were sitting in a corner of the kitchen. “The furniture might be in place.
