Lillian’s POV:
The heat from the sun is the only source of heat I dislike the most. I prefer curling up beside the fire during a rainy day on the odd pattern mat that Mrs.Callis purchase instead of sitting on the hot bench during a football practice.
I blink, watching Nick huddling up in a group with his large football friends. They are all very big and muscular, similar to him. They said some things and spread wide, into a few straight lines.
I pull down the collar of my long sleeve grey sweater and twiddle around in my long jeans. Even hiding underneath the only tree beside the benches did not help. I hate clothes.
