Naomi
“Naomi, are you ready to go?” Leelee’s voice makes me jump. “Oof, sorry,” she laughs as she walks up to my desk.
I look up at my friend and blink. I have been researching the Blythe wolves over the last three months and have come up with very little information. I look at the clock beside me, “Oh, sorry,” I mumble.
“The kids are waiting for us,” Leelee laughs. She looks at the book I am reading. “Still looking up, Blythe wolves,” she says a little loud, and I narrow my eyes at her. “Sorry,” she says quieter.
I push back my seat and slowly get to my feet. My belly is enormous as I am due to give birth in a few weeks. A hard kick in my ribs makes me yelp, and I hold my side.
