I took a deep breath and held it inside while closing my eyes and counting slowly.
And even though I began to feel lightheaded, I didn’t exhale and kept on counting. I need to reach one hundred.
My chest squeezed painfully tight, and I felt like passing out, but I kept focusing on my counting.
The noise around me began to fade even my heart beating began to slow.
I know that it is dangerous to do such a thing, but it always helped me to calm down and gather my erratic thoughts.
