Derek’s warm eyes locked with mine. He looked like a Demi god standing there against the door frame. He looked so sexy. All I wanted to do was be in his arms right now. But Beatrice had been so kind to me. She had held me until I finished crying. She had just been telling me a story about Derek when he was little. So I didn’t want to jump in his arms while she was here.
