“So… you want to say that someone deliberately changed the figure of the last quarter?” Axel asked the accounts officer in a cold and stern tone. He nodded while gulping hard. I could see the cold sweat on his forehead. My cold gaze was also making the situation uncomfortable for him. Though I was just PA of the CEO bus Axel valued my opinion and most of the time, my opinion helped him taking the right decision.
“And you don’t have any idea who did this?” Axel again asked him in the same tone and this time he looked at Victoria. She cleared her throat and then looked at Axel. “He is the one who found out these changes in the books and notified me immediately. So, we should now think about finding the culprit before he or she gives us any big damage”, Vict
