Chapter 9
Tino spent the day sleeping in Armand’s embrace. They awoke refreshed, and after making slow passionate love again, they were ready to face the night with whatever it brought. Their first stop was Tino’s place, so he could change clothes. Given where the new shelter was, they took Armand’s car to go meet with Mr. Hardin, the contractor.
Kingston was already there when they arrived, as was Hardin. The four of them walked through the building, Hardin taking notes on what they wanted and making suggestions as they went.
