“Wakey, Wakey Princess,” I heard a girlish voice shout and pull me away from dreamland to wake up.
As I opened my eyes, I almost whispered Miles's name, expecting to see a crappy bed of the motel or the ground of a street outside, the usual places I was used to sleeping in. Most importantly, Miles standing and waiting for me to wake up.
