I stand up from my chair, walk around the desk, and loom over my mother. “She needs to learn the conduct expected of her. I can’t have any more transgressions. She needs to learn this isn’t a playground like where she grew up.”
“Moonglade Pack is not a playground, Torben,” Mother stands up and stares me down. “Wyatt Moonglade is no pushover.”
“I know that,” I scowl, remembering my conversation with him. “Please just do as I ask.”
She folds her arms, “Well, since you said please. I’ll teach her, and then you should make her official next week,” She nods.
