POV
I was sleeping when my phone rings waking me up from my slumber. I answer my phone without looking at the screen...
"Nikita Jones. Where the hell are you? Going missing for two weeks. Why the hell have you not been showing up to work? When the hell do you plan on returning home?"
My manager... I pull a face. I’ve been avoiding her calls. She’s going to kill me a thousand times before she gives up.
"Zia?" I stiffen my shoulders.
"Yes, now tell me where the hell are you?" she sounds very angry.
