I've never known Carla to be this unreasonable. I have the sudden urge to hit her butt for being so unreasonable.
"Carla please. Listen to me I wouldn't need to go tomorrow if it wasn’t important, I can't take you with me because your uncle if you not there he might find a way to let the board remove you as CEO and take over your shares." I explain for what feels like the millionth time
"Then why can’t Nikita stay, and I go with you?" she asks again
"Carla please it’s just two three days. You won’t even know I’m gone. I’ll be home in no time. And I need Nikita with, Kenny is only coming with because of Nikita..." I explain
"Fine. But you better have a good reason for leaving" she grumbles
"Okay once everything is sorted, I promise let you know." I nod
