My life seemed to have gone on.
Despite my need to always hide my hard, nothing much changed. I know that a lot of people are now aware of who I was, and continuing with my omega duties does not seem like it should keep anymore, but still… I did. For once, I was thankful that they have such a cold weather to have me continue wearing a turtle neck without being judged.
Upon arriving in the quarters, a flutter of a sigh escaped from Abigail. “Why are you still here, Mint? We talked about this.”
“We did.” I nodded, frowning at her. “And I do not think that Shawn said something about me discontinuing my services in the pack.”
