"Where the hell have you all been?! We've been waiting here since forever!" Carter said, almost shouting at us. "King Eros and I were very close to barging in every room here!" His face is so red and he's mad. Really, really mad.
"Alice," I notice her jump in surprise, then narrow her eyes at me. I almost laugh because of the look on her face but because my mate and best friend are not in a good mood, I need to be serious if I want someone to cuddle with me tonight.
"What the hell, Tory?! Don't do that! I almost had a heart attack, you know!" I roll my eyes. "What do you want?"
