"Pleaseeee Daddyyyy? I want to goooo.. Pleaseeee?" Cathy pleads for the tenth time in the last five minutes or so. I look up at her from the book that I am reading.
"I told you we will, after lunch, alright?" I tell her patiently. Mike's busy with some drawings of his since early morning today and Cathy is bored. I am not a very entertaining company apparently and Cathy wants to go to the park.
"But I want to go right now!"
"Cathy, be my good girl, baby. Don't be like that. We can't leave daddy alone now, can we? Go take a nap, for now, I will wake you up for lunch in an hour and then all three of us will go to the park, alright?"
