Second Chance W&W is a place for Werewolves and Wiccans to leave their children when they cannot handle or afford to raise their family. Second Chance used to be a small place owned by a charity and the love of the community, but once a prejudiced group by the name, Hallariaths, caught wind that they were paying for half breeds with town tax money, the main funding dwindled to barely anything.
Desperate, Second Chance accepted the offer from an unknown source outright who bought the place with cash out of their pocket. Whoever purchased it spent an absurd amount on the site. If I remember correctly, it was close to five hundred grand.
