The walk back to the pack house was quiet since most of the pack members were in their own homes or asleep as it was now getting late.
It didn’t take me too long to get to the pack house and head into the office, where Zain was waiting for me. He looked up and smiled when I entered.
I said nothing, only giving him acknowledgment while I let my mind race over what I was about to do. I walked over to my desk and sat down.
