I woke up in the early morning hours with a very uneasy feeling. Right away, I lifted the block on my mind link, and Carly's voice instantly came through with her angrily stating, 'Bethany, Alpha Darren has done something terrible.'
I sat straight up in the bed, then I nervously linked back, 'What did he do?'
'Bethany, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but Darren killed your father,' she gushed in a panic.
'What do you mean? How is that possible?' I asked in confusion, not wanting to believe what I had just heard her say.
