Surprise
The estate, which was really little more than a run down set of former farm and stable buildings, nevertheless had several useful facilities. Being well outside of the city, but close to the airport, I bought it with every intention of improving the interior of the house and leaving the rest of the property in the varying stages of decay that infect old farms.
