Caleb's POV
"Mate" was the last word she said through our bond connection. Our mate bond. And losing that connection, I felt for the first time, it opened a strong emotion inside me that I didn't know I had.
I growled, letting my grown emotion inside burst. "NO!" I screamed.
After that scream, I breathe in and focus on my energy. I close my eyes, feel my surroundings, my territory, her. And just like before, I can see everything within my territory, everyone in my pack, even the rogues, the Wildflame pack that's helping us, and the Rivercreek pack.
Then, I found her. Unconscious. Someone is carrying her. But they are still on my territory.
"Found her," I said, and everyone looked at me with awe. Amusement in their eyes.
I didn't stay longer for them to ask any questions as I was gone
