When Declan approached me about my father’s offer the other day, I was hesitant. To be honest, I was still extremely hesitant. I had only known about werewolves for a little over a month and had no idea whether I could even do the job of a Luna. Hell, I didn’t even know if I was a job I wanted, even if I could do it. I know it was my birthright and all, but it still seemed crazy to me. I was only eighteen years old.
