I can’t get her out of my head for the rest of the day. The next day is another lesson day, and she refuses to participate, announcing publicly that she isn’t going to take any lessons from Oliver until he breaks up with Christina. Christina and Val, of course, are furious, squealy, and obnoxious. Oliver sort of attempts to laugh it off, not wanting to deal with it. Kate finds it amusing.
As for Cyan, well, it’s hard for her. She dislikes Val and hates the relationship between Christina and Oliver—the relationship that tore apart her mother’s relationship with Oliver. But that doesn't mean she supports Riley, the girl who, in her opinion, is nothing but trouble for me and my weak, little heart.
