Caleb's Point of View
I was headed to the bathroom when Kiara's mom signaled for me. So instead of turning left into the men's room, I walked straight to her.
"Is everything okay?" I asked.
"Yes. She is awake and asking for you."
My heart began to race, and I wanted to run to her. "What room?"
"Three twenty. Oh, and have you seen Frank?" She asked as I walked past her?
"Ya, he was talking to my dad in the waiting room."
I quickly walked to her and knocked on the door. "Come in," She said, and I just smiled. I missed hearing her voice.
I opened the door and walked in with a smile on my face. She was lying in bed looking at me.
"Hey, beautiful," I said as I walked over to her.
"Hey," She whispered.
I leaned down and kissed her forehead. "I missed you."
She smiled at me
