"It's a plan then." Loch confirmed.
I'd finally made up my mind to make Aella my bride today. I wasn't sure if she would agree but in this case there wasn't an option . . . Not that I would have given her an option either way. I was always going to officially make her my bride, I just never thought I'd have to rush the process.
A chill travelled up my spine, catching my attention.
My heart suddenly hammered against my chest. The feeling scared me just as much as it surprised me.
I jerked forward scanning my surroundings.
"What's wrong?" Loch asked alarmed.
I swore I had just heard Aella's voice in my head. She was crying out for help.
I felt something inside of me pull, a burst of fear that spread its way throughout my body and straight to my heart.
