Emry couldn't believe what he was seeing. His brothers on the floor, their mates in the line of fire, and no signs of the king or his people.
"By all the Gods, enough!" Emry snarled so loud that all sound seemed to stop for just a moment.
Selene turned to open her mouth but Emry was just f*****g done with this s**t, "Don’t say a f*****g word, Selene."
Drawing back, Selene gasped, "Ho──"
Pointing a finger towards her, Emry hissed, "Not one f*****g word."
Selene snapped her lips closed but her eyes were piercing with pure anger. Emry snapped,
"Whatever you did to my brother's undo it and wherever you sent the king and his people bring them back now or I swear I'm calling father."
"Seriously, Emry? You think Hyperion will intervene?" Selene asked sarcastically.
