By the time I got home I was already feeling super dizzy because I was drinking throughout our ride. Immediately I settled in I dialed Rocco’s number.
“Anna are you okay?”
“Yes, I’m good, what about you? You looked pretty hurt”
“I’m okay now”
“What were you guys doing in that building and why will Manuel and his family ambush you guys?”
“I wish I had an were to those questions” he said and I just kept quiet because I literally didn’t know what else to say.
“If you say so” I finally managed to say. “Take good care of yourself, I’ll call you later”
