"Emma honey you need to wake up." My mom said as she gently shook woke me up. I opened my eyes and smiled at her.
"What's up?" I said with a sleepy voice.
"You slept through your alarm. You need to get up and get ready for school." Today I get to return to school and I can't believe I slept through my alarm. I sat up and got out of bed.
"I can't believe I slept through my alarm," I said as I rushed around my room grabbing my stuff.
"You still have time. Don't rush honey."
"Thanks, mom." And I quickly ran into the bathroom. I turned the water on letting it heat up as I got undressed and once I could see the steam coming from the shower I got in.
As I began to lather my body up with my Japanese cherry blossom soap I couldn't help but think about last night's dream.
