It’s been a week.
An entire week that Shane had been whipped in front of the entire pack, administrated by his own father. A week that he still hasn’t woken up from the ordeal. He was still lying in the hospital and Dr. Starlite didn’t understand why he was in a coma like state.
“I don’t know if it’s the healing process from Benji’s wolf or the fact that Shane is so traumatized from the pain that his mind is afraid to awaken, believing that pain may come back to haunt him.” She sighs in worry.
“Either way, this isn’t looking good if he doesn’t wake up soon.”
“Can’t you just force him awake?” Derek asks desperately.
“That would be the worse thing to do right now. If I forced it, it just may put him into shock and that’s the last thing we want to do.” She crosses her arm
