"Am I doing it right?" I shouted at Myka who is standing miles away from me.
"No! I can still smell your sweet virgin blood!" My eyes widen. I am positive that my cheeks are now red as a tomato!
I secretly roamed my eyes to our surroundings. Some guards glanced at me and smirked. I narrowed my eyes at her, but she only awkwardly raised her peace sign fingers.
Today, under the morning bright sun on the palace ground, we are practicing how to block vampires' sense of smell so we can plan our escape in case a rogue appeared.
"Argh!" I annoyingly hiss. I stomped my foot while rubbing the piece of garlic in my arm. According to the vampire experts— the councils—garlic can hide the smell of our human blood. This is helpful when we cannot do one-on-one combat with the rogues
