I can’t believe what just happened. I’ve heard stories about what it’s like when you first meet your mate, but I never imagine it would be as great as it was. I really hope Christopher doesn’t reject me. I’m not royal and I’m only a Beta. Lydia is so much prettier than me and she is an Alpha. He didn’t seem to be bothered by the fact that I’m not royal and I’m only a Beta, but it always seems to happen that way for me. They always want the girl that is higher ranked and prettier.
