The morning is grey and gloomy.
We've been in Russia for a whole week now and the weather gets worse every day. We are relieved that it's our last day here. We can't wait to go back home and bask in the sun. We are tired of the cold and darkness here.
I put on some shorts and zip the black jacket. I slide into some socks and sneakers. I carry a bottle of water and step out of my hotel room.
Alex is already at the gym, panting and sweating as he lifts weights. I pat his shoulder and step on the treadmill.
After three hours of intense work out, we walk to the restaurant where we order our breakfast. Alex has coffee, eggs and three sandwiches. I have coffee, sausages and three sandwiches.
