Ellie’s POV
“Why are you so adamant about not bringing Thomas to get another paternity test?” I asked, raising my eyebrows at the enraged Cassandra. “If you’re so sure he’s Theo’s son, there shouldn’t be a problem right?” I said stepping closer and catching Cassandra stepping backwards and falling onto the sofa.
“That’s right Cassey, if he’s my son why can’t we bring him to the hospital to get tested?” Theo asked, a bit confused at her reaction.
“Because..” was all Cassandra could come up with before I pulled out a paper from my bag and handed it to Theo.
As Cassandra watched our interaction Theo’s eyes widened and in his booming authoritative voice he gritted the name “CASSANDRA ELIZABETH SMITH.” I chuckled seeing how angry Theo can also get, he never once raised his voice at me.
