Apparently they’d been transferred to another floor of the hospital, where their duties had changed significantly. They now performed enemas on patients with great regularity. Aileen had hoped this would dampen their enthusiasm for subjecting her to them at home but instead the opposite had occurred. She was being agonizingly bloated up and then fist-f****d several times a week. And to keep things fresh and exciting the nurses varied the temperatures and liquids they used endlessly. Sometimes it was scalding hot tea they used, which would leave her painfully burned and with her heart racing from caffeine overload. Other times it was cold beer, which left her pleasantly buzzed but was a pricking torment to contain thanks to the carbonation. But the worst of all was of course their favorite:
