Emyr carried a limp Asteria to the lounge where he knew that Seraphina was currently reading a book.
"Ster!" Seraphina exclaimed the moment her eyes fell on the unconscious blonde in her brother in law's arms. "What the f**k happened to her?" Seraphina asked with her eyes wide as she stood up from the sofa and made space for Emyr to lay Asteria down.
Emyr shook his head as he sat down with Asteria's head in his laps before Seraphina took her wrist to check her pulse. "I don't know, she was in a terrible state when she found me and she was saying all these things about Nero's Seer; it made no sense."
