“So how did you and Maximilian meet?” I stopped taking pictures of the plants when I heard Cristina ask me.
“Oh I got a job at his office.” I told her before spotting another interesting looking plant just above the side of her ear.
Hurriedly, I walked closer to her and she looked at me confused but soon realized what I was after when I grabbed my phone and began to take more pictures.
“You sure do like plants.” She told me as she peeked from behind me, looking at my phone and the pictures I took.
I let out a shy chuckle after realizing how weird I must seem to her for being so amused by mere plants. “Well, it’s not that I’m obsessed with them. I’ve just never in my entire life seen these types. They look like things you would only see in movies or paintings.”
