I HAD TO ADMIT that I slept really well after that.
We’d had some strange and tiring nights, and trying not to think about Thayu while smelling her next to me had been more distracting than I’d admit.
Whatever happened now was out of our hands. I could relax, it was warm next to her, and I fell into a deep sleep.
