DAMON’S POV
It’s been three days and neither Jonathan nor that i***t rogue came back. Traitors. The lot of them. I growl, grabbing a lamp off my desk and throwing it against the wall where it shatters and falls the ground to join the rest of the rubble on the floor of things that I have already overturned and destroyed in my office.
Even Johnathan’s wife and pup are missing. Gone from the pack. Another irritated growl escapes my throat as I punch another hole in the wall.
The shrill ringing of the phone snaps me to the present. Thinking it could be a lead I snatch up the received and bark into it. “SPEAK” I growl into it followed by a whimper on the other end.
I-I can h-help you get S-Skylar back.” Said a woman’s soft voice on the other side.
I grin sadistically. “I’m listening.”
