“How is it that the Lucas situation has been taken care of, but you’re still as busy as ever?” I mused as Calum dug through the pile of papers on his desk.
"I thought I would be able to sit back and relax too. Unfortunately, that’s not the case as there’s been a lot of fallout from the fight that needs to be settled.”
“You never told me what exactly happened,” I said. Since I had been in our bedroom, I hadn’t even realized the attack had started until a bunch of guards showed up at my room.
