Terry was lying n***d in Maggie’s bed as she rushed around the room, pulling on clothes.
“Why can’t your ex pick up the kids from school?” Davy was still sleeping. They had time for another f**k.
“He’s busy.” She slipped on her shoes.
“He’s too busy now, but he’ll be here almost as soon as you get back with them?” He sat up. “I’m sick of hiding in here.” He’d spent the last several weeks sneaking into her house at night and sometimes in the afternoons.
