WE decided to look at all three available units. We started at the fifth floor. I found out that the units on the fourth and fifth floors are all studio type units, and each unit is between 20-30 square meters big, while the one bedroom units are around 30-40 square meters. The studio units are cheaper in rent because aside from being smaller in size, they are located at the top floor. There is no elevator in the building, which is actually fine by me. I only worry about how I’ll be able to move in stuff, although I don’t really have that much to begin with.
