I decided not to tell Luca that I knew he was bipolar.
Maybe in time he would trust me enough to tell me himself but until then I wouldn't ask him about it.
But I could understand a lot more about Luca now I knew of his condition.
It didn't change my opinion of him, it actually made me give him a lot more respect.
But I could easily pick up on his phases and knew how to deal with them because of previous experiences.
Every person with bipolar disorder is different and one in every hundred adults will be diagnosed as being bipolar at some point in their life.
There were triggers for the different behaviours and I was always looking out for Luca's, although I could never quite figure them out.
Luca had a two-way bipolar behaviour.
