Some people can sense when something bad is going to happen. They get this feeling deep in their bones that something isn’t right. They silently panic, trying to figure it out. You look at your surroundings, mapping everything out to ensure you have a back up plan and a back up to the back up in case something were to happen. That is what I am currently doing. I took in the layout of Lead N’ Bean and took it to memory. The emergency exit on the other side of the dining room, the swinging doors that lead to the back of the kitchen, the front door with the bell placed above the door to let the staff know when someone comes in.
