Amelia stirred from her slumber feeling quite disoriented. The sheets were not the normal color she had at home. Then she remembered what happened and where she was. This made her grin. She stretched and felt a little bit sore but, also wonderful. It was like wearing a brand new skin and feeling energized and most of all, loved.
She sighed as goosebumps rose all over her skin when she felt Clark's arm snake across her bare waist. His skin felt like warm velvet against hers and she knew she would never forget how wonderful it felt. It was an electrifying sensation knowing that they have just took a huge leap forward. She did not have any regrets at all.
