Chapter 48 I hugged a pillow on my chest as Archer crawls approaching me. He took the bowl of fries on my lap and placed it on the tray beside me. “Uh… Archer?” I stared at him as his eyes look at me with dark intensity, and a playful smirk is trying to resurface. “Scared now, are we?” his hands are on the sides of my waist pressing on the mattress, my legs are in between as I lean on the headboard. “I… umm… w-we should go down n-now and eat for dinner. Manang i-is waiting.” My voice came out as a whisper, and the pillow is now covering the half of my face as Archer advances forward. “Hmm? But my dinner is here.” With the tip of his nose he touched it on mine closing his eyes. He then slightly pushed down the pillow and placed a light kiss on my lips which gave me a tingling effect. H
