The expeditioners arrive in Arwos at midnight. King Edric is awakened from sleep to meet them. He enters his throne room dressed in his sleeping robes.
"Can I see the weapon?" He eagerly asks even before greeting them.
"We were well guided to the sword, but King Adriel stole it from us. It is now in Lodz kingdom." Theo informs in a ruefully. "But he cannot use it." He quickly adds just as his father halts in shock.
"What do you mean by he cannot use it?" King Edric questions.
Theo hastily discloses the dumbfounding things they found out about the sword and Edrics shock slowly fades, his frustration doesn't though.
