The trip back to the Kingdom of the Moon Elves was a long and awkward one. We hardly spoke at all. Kaiden was determined to get here as fast as possible, Marcus was still upset over this whole ordeal, and given my relationship with Nienna, I felt awkward speaking about it. What made it even more worse was Cyra's presence. The Captain of the Moon Elven guard was usually always looking for a reason to spite us. But she didn't speak a word. Communicating with me only in nods. We sat in silence. For hours. Arriving only made me feel worse. The Kingdom looked abandoned. The repairs were coming along nicely, but word of Tóra's death traveled quickly. Everyone closed their businesses, and shut themselves inside to mourn for their Queen. Nienna's packmates waited for us at the gate.
