I opened my eyes to find two other pair starting at me with concern. I shifted in my bed and raised the duvet above my head but one of them yanked it down almost immediately and I guess that was Anna.
“Can’t a girl get some rest around here?” I groaned.
“It’s almost mid day, ” Anna retorted.
I jumped to sitting position at that information “What?!” I screamed.
“Calm down, ” Charlotte placed her palms on my shoulders “The Prince asked that you take today off, ” She told me.
I didn’t mean to but a soft pink crossed my cheeks at the mention of the prince. I probably would have died last night if he hadn’t showed up when he did. O don’t like to admit it but he all but saved my life.
