I returned back to my apartment after spending some more time with Edwin. Edwin and I sat at the café without any fear as we both knew that mom and dad will never come there. They both avoid having brunch and coffee. It’s a rule made by my mom that everyone in the family should leave the home only after having breakfast. According to her, skipping breakfast is the root cause of many diseases. I still follow her rule and make sure that Jack does the same. But whenever I get tensed, I start stress-eating. I gained a lot of weight from this habit after having Jack. Bella helped me to overcome this problem at that time. Again I have developed the same habit now.
