I decided to shoot some hoops while the boys haven’t arrived yet for practice. They were out there somewhere chatting up girls or doing whatever they did. I dribbled the ball against the court while moving backward, I gave a jump as I shot for goal. I smiled to myself when it was a perfect goal, I stepped forward to pick the ball up when I heard a hoot.
I turned my head to see where it was coming from when my gaze landed on Abby who was making her way over to me.
“Nice shot.” She said, smiling.
“Thanks.”
“You don’t ever miss, do you?” She asked, she obviously stood there longer than I expected.
